Lizzie is an Associate in the Real Estate department, based in the firm's Manchester office. Lizzie qualified into the team in 2026, having completed her training with the firm.
Lizzie supports the team across a range of commercial real estate and development transactions, and her work includes carrying out due diligence, investigating title, and assisting with the drafting and negotiation of a variety of transactional documents, including agreements for lease, sale and purchase contracts, leases and licences. Lizzie also has experience in landlord and tenant matters, acting for both landlords and corporate occupiers primarily in the retail sector.
