Lucy has over 15 years of experience working for a wide variety of clients from single site pub operators to national and international casual dining and quick service operators. Lucy provides straightforward, clear advice closely aligned to her client’s commercial objectives and strategy.
Lucy acts on acquisition and disposal of property portfolios and general estate management work, but also extends to development matters and property finance work. Lucy managed the real estate finance team at her previous firm and has a wealth of experience acting for banks and borrowers operating in the hospitality sector.
