About Maddy

Maddy studied law at The University of Bristol before training at Freeths and qualifying into the East Midlands Corporate team.

She advises on all aspects of corporate finance work including acquisitions, disposals, reorganisations, investments and general corporate governance.

Maddy has developed a sector specialism in the sale and purchase of financial services businesses and continues to grow Freeths’ offering in this space. She is an expert in delivering complex transactions in a client friendly and efficient manner.

Maddy is an active member of the firms 'NEW' (networking events for women) business development group and a mentor to junior lawyers.
