About Marie
Marie Mulligan specialises in non-contentious construction work with experience in drafting and negotiating the full range of construction documents including building contracts, professional appointments, collateral warranties, novation agreements and performance security together with development documents such as agreements for lease, development agreements and forward funding agreements. Marie has experience in dealing with the JCT and NEC forms of contract.
Marie also works closely with real estate and banking lawyers across the firm in respect of due diligence for buying and selling properties, inputting into financing documents and satisfying conditions precedent for development finance.
Marie regularly advises clients at the outset of projects in relation to their procurement structure, the tender process and the forms of contracts to be used.
