About Mark
Mark is based in the firm’s Oxford office, and joined in March 2023, as an Associate in the Trusts, Estates and Tax team.
He advises on the full range of estate administration matters, from the initial information gathering stage, through the probate process, to the finalisation of the administration period and the preparation of estate accounts.
Mark also advises on trust administration matters, including the registration of trusts and the preparation of tax returns for trustees.
Mark is an affiliate member of STEP, a global professional body, comprising lawyers, accountants, trustees and other practitioners that help families plan for their futures.

Notable work & expertise
- Advising the sole Executor on the administration of an estate, with assets located in multiple jurisdictions
- Advising the Executors of an estate with an application to rectify a defective Will. This also included an application for an interim grant, to facilitate the timely sale of multiple estate properties
