About Mark

Mark is a Real Estate lawyer with over 25 years’ experience in the property market.

He has extensive experience in the investment property field and of landlord and tenant matters, both for landlords and tenant occupiers. He has been advising local authority pension funds and other institutional investor clients for over 20 years and currently works closely alongside fund managers from Abrdn, CBRE and Colliers Capital. He manages properties in the retail, leisure, industrial, office and other sectors.

Mark is the client relationship partner at Freeths for three local authority pension funds and advises others under the NEPO framework agreement.
