Mary-Beth Thornhill

Mary-Beth specialises in residential development, with a particular focus on immediate and strategic land acquisitions for PLC housebuilders and developers including Taylor Wimpey, Bellway, Barratt Redrow and Vistry. 

Mary-Beth has worked on and assisted with site acquisitions (both conditional and unconditional), disposals, option agreements, collaboration agreements and affordable housing disposals. Mary-Beth also has in-house experience having been on secondment with the in-house legal team at Barratt Redrow and having previously worked as an in-house Solicitor at Taylor Wimpey.
