Michael is a Senior Associate within the Real Estate team in Oxford.

Michael has specialised exclusively in the real estate sector since qualifying in 2019. With an initial focus on large scale property portfolios, Michael has since gained experience in a broad range of commercial property transactions. Instructed by buyers, sellers, landlords, and tenants in complex transactional work, Michael acts in general commercial landlord and tenant matters, freehold/leasehold acquisitions and disposals, lease surrenders, lease renewals, and the preparation of a variety of deeds ancillary to commercial property management.

Michael has a pragmatic approach and focusses on guiding his clients to resolve matters as constructively and cost-effectively as possible, by identifying the best approach for their individual circumstances. Michael gives clear and concise advice to ensure the best result is achieved within a timely manner.
