About Molly

Molly originally studied at the University of Sheffield where she obtained an undergraduate degree in Psychology and a Masters in Law. Molly then began her legal career as a Legal Assistant within the Construction and Engineering team at Freeths LLP, before becoming a trainee solicitor. She then went on to complete her Solicitor Qualifying Examination with the University of Law whilst completing her training contract at Freeths LLP.
 
Molly is now an Associate solicitor in the Sheffield Construction and Engineering team, having qualified in June 2025.
 
Molly specialises in non-contentious construction work and has experience in drafting, negotiating and advising on a full range of construction documents including professional consultant appointments, novation agreements, collateral warranties and other ancillary documents.
