Naomi is a Managing Associate in the London Corporate team who advises on a broad range of corporate matters, including private M&A, private equity and venture capital transactions, as well as joint ventures & shareholder agreements, reorganisations and restructurings.
She has a particularly strong reputation for advising clients on lower and mid-market M&A deals, where she acts on all sides of the fence for buyers, sellers and management across a wide variety of sectors. Her experience covers both domestic and cross-border transactions, and she regularly works with overseas partner firms to deliver transactions with an international element.
Naomi is well known for her personable service and pro-active, hands-on approach to delivering transactions.
