Niamh joined the Dispute Resolution Team in Birmingham in March 2023, supporting a growing and dynamic team. Niamh has experience in the management of a wide range of cases from complex court cases, to arbitration, and other alternative dispute resolution processes. Niamh’s experience includes breach of contract, debt, data protection, company and professional negligence disputes.
Niamh both leads and supports other lawyers on disputes for a diverse range of clients. Niamh is conscious of client’s commercial needs whilst working to achieve the best results and her experience in exploring alternative methods of resolution, such as expert determination or early neutral evaluation, helps clients achieve their aims.
