Niamh joined the firm in 2023 and has experience with dealing with a range of cases from complex court cases, to arbitration, and alternative dispute resolution processes. Niamh’s experience includes breach of contract, debt claims, data protection disputes, and company disputes.
Niamh is conscious of client’s commercial needs and has experience in exploring alternative methods of resolution such as expert determination or early neutral evaluation to help client’s achieve their aims.
