Noshin Hussain

Noshin Hussain is an Associate in the Family team based in London.

Noshin graduated from The University of Manchester with a 2:1 in Law with Criminology (LLB) and was awarded a Distinction in her Master of Laws in Professional Legal Practice from The University of Law, Guildford. She joined Freeths as a Legal Assistant in 2021 and qualified as a Solicitor in September 2024.

Noshin supports the London team, as well as the wider national team, across a broad range of family law matters, including divorce, high-value financial remedy cases, private children disputes, surrogacy arrangements and prenuptial agreements. She also assists on matters involving Schedule 1 applications and Family Law Act proceedings.

Noshin was recently recognised in The Legal 500 for her contribution to the firm's children and surrogacy work, where she was described as "very personable and professional".

Alongside her general family law practice, Noshin has a particular interest in Islamic family law matters. She has an appreciation of the cultural and religious considerations that can arise in family disputes and is developing her knowledge of the interaction between English family law and Shariah principles.
