Oliver King

Oliver is an Associate is based in our Nottingham office, specialising in construction and engineering disputes. He joined Freeths as a Legal Assistant in 2022, began his training contract in 2023 and qualified into the team in December 2025. 

Oliver has worked on a range of contentious construction matters, including litigation, adjudication and mediation. He has experience across all stages of the litigation process, from pre-action through to settlement. Oliver is also familiar with JCT, NEC and PFI forms of contract, as well as bespoke forms of agreement.
