Paul works closely with clients to help deliver their aims across a wide range of commercial property investment and development matters. He has particular experience in high volume and high value sales and acquisitions across a range of sectors, including industrial, logistics, offices and student accommodation.

Paul is organised and hard working, and quickly develops strong relationships with clients and counterparties alike. He combines a personable approach with a commercial edge and a strong eye for detail. This allows him to focus on his clients' priorities whilst minimising risk in a practical and efficient manner.

Paul is passionate about innovation and loves any excuse for a spreadsheet and checklist. In his spare time, he enjoys cycling, playing football and board games.
