About Paul

Paul is a Senior Associate in the Dispute Resolution team in Oxford having joined Freeths in May 2018 and trained at the firm. Paul is now a lead associate in a wide range of commercial and data disputes.

Paul has been engaged in some of the firm’s largest disputes including the Post Office GLO Compensation Scheme and Data Breach claim, international aviation disputes arising out of the Russo-Ukrainian war, advising the UK’s largest energy and services company, and representing a major supermarket chain amongst other corporate entities.

Paul regularly advises directors, shareholders, and key stakeholders on a variety of disputes including inter-company issues, supply chain, and debt claims.

Paul provides a calm and reassuring presence to clients, cutting through the key issues to provide commercially viable solutions.

Paul was highlighted as a Key Lawyer in The Legal 500, 2025.
