About Phoebe
Phoebe is a Senior Associate in the Employment team at Freeths, advising employers, HR teams and senior executives on a wide range of contentious, non-contentious and transactional employment law matters.
She provides strategic and commercially-focused advice on day-to-day employment issues, including disciplinaries, grievances, redundancies, restructurings, employment contracts and senior executive matters, as well as acting for clients in Employment Tribunal proceedings. Phoebe also regularly advises on the employment aspects of corporate transactions, supporting clients with employment due diligence, drafting and negotiating contracts for key individuals, advising on employment-related provisions in transaction documents, and on TUPE and workforce-related risks arising in acquisitions, disposals and business reorganisations.
