Rachel Crosier is a Director in Freeths’ Commercial team. She is an international infrastructure projects lawyer with over 14 years of legal experience. She advises on a wide range of transactional and regulatory matters, including the procurement, development, financing, construction, delivery and operation of major infrastructure projects, as well as associated regulatory frameworks.
Rachel has extensive transport and infrastructure experience, having advised clients on some of the most complex and high-profile infrastructure projects globally. Her work includes rolling stock public-private partnerships and significant road, tunnel, port, defence and maritime projects across Africa, the UAE, the UK, Australia and Asia, as well as several giga-projects in Saudi Arabia.
Rachel’s clients include Government departments and agencies, financiers, manufacturers, contractors and operators. She frequently works as an embedded member of clients’ legal or project teams. Rachel is qualified in England and Wales and in New South Wales, Australia.
