Ravinder Ghalay

Ravinder assists with a number of development transactions whilst acting for a wide range of national housebuilders and developers, landowners and local authorities. Ravinder has worked on site acquisitions, conditional contracts, affordable housing disposals, infrastructure agreements and has assisted on larger deals involving options and collaboration agreements. Ravinder also has in-house experience following her secondment with the Travis Perkins legal department during her training contract.
