Rebecca is a member of the firm’s national Care team.

Having joined Freeths in 2017, Rebecca spent time training with various teams across the firm including Commercial Dispute Management, Commercial and Corporate before qualifying into the Corporate team in Manchester as a solicitor in 2021.

Rebecca manages a caseload of intricate corporate transactions, including some of the largest transactions in the Healthcare sector. She is known to her clients and peers as meticulously detail-oriented with a pragmatic and friendly approach.

Her expertise is in a broad range of healthcare matters including mergers, acquisitions and disposals of business (both shares and assets), reorganisations and general company and shareholder matters. She has also picked up a particular specialism in banking and finance matters, charges and funding matters for her healthcare clients.
