About Rebecca
Rebecca is an Associate in the Corporate team in the Sheffield office. After joining Freeths in September 2021 as a legal assistant, Rebecca qualified as a solicitor in June 2025, working in both the corporate and the corporate tax teams during her training.
Rebecca advises on a range of corporate matters including: M&A, share options, employee ownership trusts, group reorganisations, and general corporate governance matters.
