Richard is part of the Real Estate team based at our London office and has experience dealing with all aspects of commercial property, including landlord and tenant matters, and freehold and leasehold acquisitions and disposals.

Recent projects, cases and deals:

• Acted for a property investor acquiring a freehold property worth £7,500,000
• Acted for a seller regularising their tenants leasehold position, and exchanging a subsequent conditional contract for disposal of their property

Acted for a local authority in negotiating and advising on the terms of an agreement for lease, and lease of a property where the tenant would be building the property they would be occupying.
