• Advised Reckitt on their new UK wide transport contract and variations to their principal warehousing contract with Great Bear and on new arrangements with their Irish warehouse and distribution partner
• Advised a supplier of filter tow on their long term supply agreement with a customer to the specifications and grades required by the customer
• Advised Wilko Retail on the procurement of a new transport provider. Advice included the production of the RFP, assistance with the evaluation of bids from four bidders, the production of the transport contract and the negotiation.

• Advised Go Outdoors on their appointment of Norbert Dentressangle Logistics (now GXO) on a five year agreement for their warehouse and transport arrangements at a new site managed by Norbert (dedicated space with overflow arrangements).
• Advised Wilko Retail on the procurement of a new transport provider. Advice included the production of the RFP assistance with the evaluation of bids from four bidders, the production of the transport contract and the negotiation phase with three bidders run in parallel through to contract award.
• Advised the Sous Chef on their new warehousing arrangements
• Advised Armitage Pet Care ( the largest independent supplier and distributor of branded pet accessories and treats in the UK) on their procurement of both a new warehouse operator and transport provider. own warehouse for many years and involved a full outsourcing of the warehouse operation and secondary outsourcing of its transport.
• Advised Reckitt Benckiser on their new UK wide transport contract and variations to their principal warehousing contract with Great Bear and on new arrangements with their Irish warehouse and distribution partner
