Sarah Hollow

Sarah is a Senior Associate in the Construction and Engineering team based in Bristol.  

Sarah provides specialist legal advice for non-contentious construction projects and is experienced with drafting and negotiating a variety of construction documents, including JCT and NEC standard forms of contract, professional appointments and other construction ancillary documents such as collateral warranties, letters of intent, deeds of novation and more. Sarah’s experience also includes advising clients on the allocation of construction risk under agreement for leases and other forms of development agreement.
