Sayra Dhillon

Sayra is a Senior Associate in the firm’s Birmingham office. She advises on a wide range of commercial disputes, including breach of contract claims, corporate and M&A disputes, construction issues, restrictive covenant matters and professional negligence claims. She has experience across all stages of litigation, from pre action strategy through to ADR and court proceedings.

Sayra also plays a key role in the firm’s work for subpostmasters affected by the Post Office Horizon scandal. She represents former subpostmasters and bereaved families in navigating the Horizon Shortfall Scheme and related compensation processes, preparing evidence and working closely with forensic and medical experts.

She is known for providing clear, pragmatic and commercial advice, with a friendly and efficient approach tailored to each client’s objectives.
