Scott Buchanan is a senior associate in our Scottish Commercial Dispute Resolution team. His expertise spans various sectors and all forms of disputes including commercial contracts, insolvency, professional negligence, telecoms and real estate matters, with a particular specialism in real estate disputes.
Scott has a strong background in handling complex disputes and always takes a client-focused, commercial approach to assist clients resolve disputes efficiently and effectively through both Litigation and Alternative Dispute Resolution.
Scott also is co-chair of the Scottish branch of the Junior Property Litigation Association.
