Sean Hallam

A Managing Associate in the Freeths’ Care department, Sean advises clients on a variety of real estate and corporate matters within the care sector. These transactions include real estate and/or corporate acquisitions and disposals, real estate finance, property development and institutional sale & leaseback transactions.

Sean also has a wide range of experience in dealing with a variety of commercial property transactions including landlord and tenant matters involving commercial leases and leasehold management, acquisitions and disposals (acting for investors, developers and occupiers), property development and real estate aspects of corporate transactions.
