About Sean
Sean is an Associate is based in our Nottingham office, specialising in construction and engineering disputes. He joined Freeths as a Legal Assistant in 2022, began his training contract in 2023 and qualified into the team in May 2026.
Sean has experience at every stage of the disputes process, from pre-action strategy through to settlement, and is familiar with JCT, NEC, PFI and bespoke forms of contract. He has advised on a broad range of contentious construction matters, including litigation, adjudication and mediation.
