Sharon is a Solicitor in our Real Estate Team. Sharon has a wide range of experience in dealing with a variety of commercial property transactions including; real estate finance and secured lending, acquisitions and disposals, landlord and tenant matters (acting for both landlord and tenant) including lease renewals, surrenders and assignments.
She specialises in acting for a range of clients including high profile retailers, local authorities and banks and lenders.

- Acting for a number of Local Authorities in connection with the management of their property holdings including granting and taking leases/underleases and renewal leases and dealing with general property management issues including lease surrenders, assignments and alterations.
- Conducting title reviews, due diligence and preparing Certificates of Title on property finance transactions.
- Acting on behalf of retail clients in connection with granting and taking leases, general management of their property portfolio including surrenders, agreements and licences.
