- Advising on the letting of a large storage facility. The matter was time critical and complicated as a result of the former tenant being liable for significant dilapidations – there being a number of superior interests and the tenant wishing to carry out a substantial fit out
- Advising on the acquisition of an office building in London. The client was a “special purchaser” as it owned the adjoining building. Negotiations were protracted as there were a number of issues with the building and it took over a year to complete the deal
