Sophie Komisarczuk trained at the firm before qualifying as a lawyer specialising in Real Estate in 2015.
During her training, Sophie undertook a secondment to the Physical Infrastructure team at Manchester City Council, where primarily she assisted the council in drafting and negotiating Section 106 Agreements.
Sophie is experienced in a wide range of property work including investment acquisitions and disposals, portfolio management, leasehold transactions (acting for both landlords and tenants), development and project work.
- Assisted on the acquisition of a £12 million site at Stapeley Water Gardens for Barratt David Wilson.
- Assisted on a large refinancing exercise involving a portfolio of investment properties.
- Acted for a landowner in the grant of a Promotion Agreement for future development of a mixed use scheme in favour of St Modwen Developments Limited.
- Currently acts for the Co-Operative Group Limited, Poundstretcher Limited and NHS Property Services on numerous leasehold matters.
