Sophie Tompkins

Sophie joined Freeths in August 2017 and trained with the firm, qualifying into the Commercial Dispute Resolution team in March 2021.

Sophie has experience assisting on a wide range of contentious matters and therefore has gained exposure to a number of commercial disputes including company disputes, breach of contract, debt claims and group action claims.

Sophie has acted on behalf of both claimants and defendants at all stages of litigation. Sophie has experience in working with a breadth of clients including business individuals and SMEs.
