About Stephanie

Stephanie is a planning and highways lawyer within Freeths’ Planning & Environment Group, boasting over 8 years of experience in the field. Although based in our Nottingham office, Stephanie works on projects throughout England and Wales.

Stephanie handles a wide array of planning matters. These include section 106 planning obligations and deeds of variation/discharge, section 111 planning agreements, planning due diligence on property transactions and financing, securing biodiversity net gain, judicial review proceedings, certificate of lawfulness applications, public rights of way diversion/stopping up applications, and various highway agreements/licenses, including section 38/278 highway agreements.

Stephanie represents a diverse client base, which includes developers, land promoters/owners, affordable housing providers, and local authorities. In recent years, Stephanie’s work has primarily focused on the following sectors: housebuilding and strategic land, retail, care, clean energy, and the expansion of the Biodiversity Net Gain industry as part of Freeths’ Natural Capital team.
