Thomas Robinson

Thomas is a member of the Care team based in our Nottingham office, focusing on corporate transactions within the care sector.

Having joined Freeths in 2022, just after qualifying, Thomas has had previous experience in commercial property, litigation, corporate and employment law as part of his training contract.

Thomas assists on a broad range of corporate matters within the care sector including acquisitions and disposals of business (both shares and assets), reorganisations and general company and shareholder matters.

Thomas studied at the University of Leeds, graduating with a First-Class Honours degree in Law, before completing the Legal Practice Course (LPC) at the University of Sheffield, where he also attained a Master’s degree in Legal Practice with Commendation.
