About Tom

Tom qualified as a Solicitor in 2020 and joined the Nottingham Trusts, Estates and Tax team in November 2025. He advises on a wide range of matters, including Estate and Tax Planning, Administration of Estates, Lasting Powers of Attorney, Registration of Enduring Powers of Attorney, drafting Wills, and the creation and administration of Trusts.

Tom specialises in guiding clients through complex and technical legislation, delivering clear, practical advice in a friendly and approachable way.

Tom has recently completed the final module of the STEP Diploma, achieving a Distinction overall.
