About Vicky
Vicky has extensive experience in the investment property field and of landlord and tenant matters, both for landlords and tenant occupiers. In particular, she has been advising local authority pension funds and other institutional investor clients for over 24 years.
Vicky currently works closely alongside fund managers from Aberdeen Investments and DTZi – managing properties in the retail, industrial, office, leisure and other sectors.

Advising Teesside Pension Fund on the disposal of the majority of its directly owned real estate portfolio valued at £396m, which completed in July 2025. The overall transaction involved a mixed-use portfolio comprising 35 assets involving c.180 occupational tenants which were transitioned to the Border to Coast UK Real Estate Main Fund as part of the ongoing pooling of Local Government Pension Scheme assets
