Zain Hanif is an Associate based in our Sheffield office, specialising in taxation. He advises on a broad range of corporate and complex tax litigation matters, with particular experience in transactional tax and contentious work. Zain has been involved in numerous corporate acquisitions, supporting clients across multiple sectors.
In addition to his transactional work, Zain has experience advising on tax disputes and litigation, assisting clients in navigating enquiries and proceedings involving HMRC. His work spans a variety of sectors and includes supporting clients on technically complex and high-value matters.
