Freeths advise on acquisition by Travis Perkins of air conditioning distributor

Karl Jansen and Victoria Rooksby acted for Travis Perkins plc in relation to its recent acquisition of air conditioning distributor, TF Solutions.

The company, which operates from sites in Stockport, Burton-upon-Trent and Dunstable, is becoming part of the Contracts division of the Northampton-headquartered Travis Perkins Group. The deal adds TF Solutions' air conditioning and refrigeration business to the expanding portfolio of BSS, which already covers a range of sectors supporting contractors with specialist pipeline, heating and mechanical services equipment.

Andrew Cherrill has been confirmed as the new managing director at TF Solutions. He said
