Freeths supports Holovis expansion plans for Asia

The Corporate team at Freeths has recently advised Holovis International Limited and its shareholders in connection with a multi-million pound investment from asset management company Road King.

Road King, a Hong Kong based firm with its core business including investment, development, operation and management though Asia, now owns a minority stake in Holovis.

The Freeths team was led by Ateeq Ahmed and John Heaphy with specialist advice being provided by employment partner Rebecca Sawbridge and corporate solicitor Amy Harron.

Holovis, the experiental design specialist, was founded in 2004 and has offices in London, Shanghai and China. Through this new investment, Holovis will now significantly expand its Asian operation across all of its market sectors; including enterprise, entertainment, museum and simulation, integrating its technology into Road King’s existing and new real estate projects across China.
