Freeths’ Milton Keynes Corporate Team has advised BGF on a £1.25m Investment in Software Business
Collision Management Systems. A rapidly growing data aggregation specialist, the business has recently moved to new premises in the town. The funding will help accelerate expansion in the insurance and telematics markets following the launch of ground-breaking software relating to collision claims.
Led by James Cowell, Freeths provided legal advice on the deal. He commented: “Freeths were delighted to be able to advise BGF on its investment into CMS, whose technology has developed a real niche in the market. I’m sure that the support provided by BGF will provide real momentum into the business and allow the company to quickly access new markets and clients. I wish Charles and the other members of the management team the best of luck as the company enters its next growth cycle and look forward to seeing CMS develop over the next few years.”
