Employment Seminar: Resilience in Uncertain Times

There is no doubt we are living through extraordinary times – with a future that is anything but clear. But life – and business – must go on.

In our upcoming seminar, we will discuss the power of personal resilience. We will discover tools and techniques we personally can use to be equal to whatever life throws at us – and how we can deploy them to build a resilient team.

We have partnered with Cathy Rhodes from Break for Growth, which specialises in people skills-led commercial training and support.

Cathy is fascinated by people and what motivates them to behave as they do. By understanding this, she is able to help others to develop their resilience and power of influence, to achieve personal, professional and commercial success.

There will also be an update on recent employment law by Rebecca Sawbridge, Employment Partner.
