IR35

From April 2020 IR35 is changing. Under the new IR35 rules the onus will be on your business to make an assessment about whether the contractors you engage are caught by the IR35 off-payroll working rules. If contractors are incorrectly classed then there will be PAYE and NI tax implications as well as a possibility for back-dated holiday pay and national minimum wage claims under Employment Law
