Property and the Economy Update Seminar with RSM

We invite you to join us for the upcoming property and economy review seminar in conjunction with RSM.

The UK Real Estate sector in 2019 is set to be among the country’s top five best-performing industries, which from our perspective, is unsurprising. Shifts in foreign investment levels and geographical focus areas, coupled with changes in requirements for different asset classes as a consequence of the way in which we live and work, continue to impact the UK property market.

We will be giving all delegates a first look at RSM’s industry leading Real Estate 360 survey results, which will reveal where over 250 professionals in the sector believe organisations are focusing on and where their focus is shifting towards.

Guy Winfield – Real Estate Partner here at Freeths will be joining Sheetal Sanghvi – Real Estate Regional Head at RSM and Kelly Boorman -National Construction Head at RSM, for a close examination of all these issues along with their predictions post survey. These specialists will delve into shared experiences and outlook for the future, exploring what the long-term effects of these changes are and what the direction of travel for the sector is.
