
Freeths support YMCA in transformational activity village project
Freeths are delighted to announce its involvement in supporting Nottinghamshire YMCA in the delivery of the transformational Community and Activity Village in Newark and Sherwood. The YMCA Community and Activity Village is a not-for-profit project designed to empower young people and families in Newark and Sherwood.
YMCA shared the news that they recently broke ground on the main building, which will provide local residents of Newark and Sherwood with a venue that can host everything from youth training, education provisions, health and fitness to a digital media suite, childcare spaces and a community café.

The project has been a part of a long term, ambitious vision for the YMCA and Freeths are proud to a part of a project which will help support young people and others in the local community.
Foundations for the building are due to commence later this month, with the overall development expecting to be completed during 2022.
