Freeths advises boxer Joe Fournier on successful appeal following his controversial loss to YouTuber KSI
National law firm Freeths has advised boxer Joe Fournier on his appeal following his controversial knockout to KSI at Wembley on Saturday (May 12th).
The appeal was lodged to the Professional Boxing Association (PBA) and, following representations made by both parties, the PBA have overturned the decision of the bout substituting it with a “No Decision” (also known as “No Contest”), finding that the blow by KSI was an accidental foul.
Commenting on the matter, Joe Fournier said: “I want to thank Freeths for an extremely fast and successful appeal. Angelique and Chris were incredible and I look forward to working with Freeths in the future”.
