This is a legal course for English Local Planning Authority ecologists / planning officers on Mandatory Biodiversity Net Gain (“BNG”) (and related provisions) under the Environment Act 2021.

This day-long course will include case studies. Questions and discussion will be invited and welcomed throughout the day.
