This is a legal course for English Local Planning Authority ecologists / planning officers on Mandatory Biodiversity Net Gain (“BNG”) (and related provisions) under the Environment Act 2021.
This day-long course will include case studies. Questions and discussion will be invited and welcomed throughout the day.

B. LPA’s role in determining planning applications subject to Mandatory BNG
C. LPA’s role as the policeman (enforcer) of obligations of landowners providing registered off-site biodiversity gain sites
