Join us for our Spring Employment Breakfast where our Oxford Employment Team will guide you through two of the key areas of employment law changes in 2026 that all employers will need to be across before they come into force.

  • Nicola Wallbank, Partner, will lead a session on the upcoming increased protections against harassment at work, including liability for harassment by third parties and the duty to take all reasonable steps to prevent sexual harassment.
  • Russell Dann, Managing Associate, will lead a session on the greater trade union rights coming into effect soon, focusing on the new right of access and the obligation to provide information regarding union membership.
This will be an interactive discussion and will include guidance on the steps you should be taking now to ensure you are fully prepared.

We look forward to seeing you there.
