Unfair Dismissal in the New Era: Preparing for Unfair Dismissal Reform

The Sheffield Employment Team are delighted to invite you to their next HR workshop, taking place on Tuesday 15 September 2026.

In this workshop, Toby Pochron, Adele Coupland and Claudia Booth will be discussing the upcoming changes to unfair dismissal law and providing valuable guidance on how employers can minimise legal risk.

This workshop will be run in partnership with Inclusive Consulting, who will be giving their insight into the steps they have been taking to prepare for the upcoming legal changes.

As always, the session is free to attend. Breakfast will be served from 08:30, ready for a prompt 09:00 start. The workshop will finish around 10:30.
