Coronavirus Hub Webinar Series - The Future Workplace: The Actual Return to Work - How and When?

The next webinar in our Coronavirus Hub series will focus on the employee safety, regulatory and data privacy issues for business.

What the session will deliver?

Daniel McNally, Senior Associate, Regulation; Fiona Powell, Managing Associate, Employment; and Luke Dixon, Partner, Commercial will lead this webinar and answer those burning questions and scenarios businesses are frequently faced with in this changing work environment including:

  • How do companies remain compliant with their duties under health and safety law?
  • Companies talk of taking temperatures and asking health-related questions. A few have talked about hiring nurses. Can your business insist on this and what if employees refuse to co-operate or attend work at all in light of the perceived risk?
  • Employees are already asking what happens to this data, where is it going, and how will it be tagged for identity? Some employees and employee advocates are asking if companies have the right to do any of this at all.

Date: Thursday 18th June

Time: 10:30 - 11:30am
