Lucy Bradban joins Freeths in a boost to Real Estate and Leisure sector capability
We are pleased to announce the arrival of real estate specialist Lucy Bradban who has joined our Milton Keynes office. She has experience in all aspects of property work, and advises on a broad range including freehold and leasehold acquisitions and disposals, portfolio management, corporate restructures and real estate finance. Having advised on high profile property deals in the region over many years, she is a well-known practitioner locally and has extensive experience in the gaming and leisure sector. Her strength has been to harness relationships, build trust and facilitate a working relationship with clients which focuses on the business strategy at the heart of each transaction.
Lucy Bradban - Lucy has been involved in numerous transactions in the gaming, leisure and retail sectors as well as carrying out all the UK property work for a major global education provider. Lucy has worked with and supported many of the local banks and helped secure numerous panel appointments. She works alongside other departments to advise on the real estate elements of major corporate acquisitions, property refinancing and development finance arrangements, and developed a niche in the healthcare sector.
This year Lucy became a trustee of a Local Charity MK SNAP which is synonymous with Milton Keynes and which provides life skills, education and training for adults with learning disabilities.
