Lucy is a highly efficient and motivated lawyer with exceptional communication skills and an ability to influence. Lucy has a wide ranging CV as a real estate lawyer and is passionate about the role the real estate team can play providing comprehensive corporate support. As a result, she has a great understanding of transactions where multiple parties (lawyers and others) all need to work collaboratively. She sees her role with clients as being much more than simply a traditional provider of legal services. She supports secured lending projects and corporate banking transactions whilst still managing a large property portfolio client base and specifically looking after clients in the Education, Healthcare and Leisure sectors. At her previous firm Lucy headed the Real Estate Finance Team.
